Fay Tolz who owns the very successful Travel Phase company in Transvaal Ave Double Bay has added another venture to her stable.  

Fay has now opened her brand-new, high tech one-apartment Boutique Hotel behind her office with its own private entrance.  Obviously it is for the top end of the town as she has called it ‘Costa Plenti’.
